How can existing MUJI passport members become MUJI app members?

Open the MUJI passport app and tap the icon in the top left corner to open the menu

Select "Confirm ID/PIN" at the bottom of the menu

On the "Confirm ID/PIN" screen, copy your MUJI passport ID and PIN

Save your MUJI passport ID and PIN to your email for future reference.

Download and open the new MUJI app for HK & Macao

Enter your MUJI passport ID and PIN in the "MUJI ID and PIN" section.

Verify using your phone number

Enter the one-time verification code (OTP) from the text message for confirmation.

How to re-register MUJI app member ID on the online store

1. Clear existing MUJI passport ID

It will temporarily suspend the recording of MUJI passport ID.

2. Download and register the new MUJI app HK & Macao

Download and open the new MUJI app HK & Macao and complete the registration (please refer to the tutorial below for the registration process).

3. Update MUJI app member ID

Download the MUJI app HK & Macao. After completing the registration, your account will have a MUJI app member ID. The MUJI app member ID consists of 12 digits located at the top left of the screen.
