Corporate customers can register as a Corporate Customer on MUJI Hong Kong Official Online Shop to purchase goods ranging from office supplies to furnishings based on your business needs, extending the philosophy of comfortable living to your daily work life.
Steps to register
1. Register
Register for an account using the name of your Company / Organization on MUJI Hong Kong Official Online Shop
2. Document Submission
Customers would receive a confirmation email upon registration, and Corporate Customers would have to email the copy of BR / Certification of Organization, copy of bank statement with matching Company / Organization name and the email address used to create the Online Shop account to mujics@muji.com.hk
3. Approval & Confirmation
Upon verification and approval of the information, you will receive a confirmation email once you are successfully registered as a Corporate Customer on our Online Shop
If you are already registered as a Corporate Customer on MUJI Hong Kong Official Online Shop, and the total amount of items you would like to order is HK$20,000 or above but there is not enough stock, you could add your desired item into the shopping cart and adjust the quantity to quantity you need. The system will then automatically invite you to fill in a form designated for Corporate Service. Upon successful submission of the form, our Corporate Service Department will get in touch with you within 2 working days.

| Q. | How do I become a Corporate Customer? |
| A. | You will have to register for a general account on MUJI Official Online Shop using the name of your Company/ Organization, then provide the required information to us according to the steps above in order to activate your Corporate Customer Account. |
| Q. | What documents do I need to prepare to register as a Corporate Customer? |
| A. | Please prepare the Copy of BR/ Certification of Organization and a copy of bank statement with matching Company/ Organization name. When you have registered an account on MUJI Official Online Shop, you will have to email the Copy of BR/ Certification of Organization and copy of bank statement with matching Company/ Organization name to our Corporate Service Department for verification. |
| Q. | Is it mandatory to use a personal mobile phone number to receive the verification code at the time of registration? Can I register and complete the verification using my company's landline phone number? |
| A. | A mobile phone number is required to receive the verification code when registering for an account on MUJI Official Online Shop for verification purpose. |
| Q. | How would I know if I have become a Corporate Customer after submission of the required documents? |
| A. | Under normal circumstances, after our Corporate Service Department receives the documents, we will verify and approve of the information within 2 working days. Upon activation of your Corporate Customer account, the system will send a confirmation email to the registered email address. |
| Q. | Are there any special requirements or steps that need to be taken when placing orders as a Corporate Customer? |
| A. | The ordering process will be the same as general customers and there is no special requirement for placing orders. |
| Q. | Will quotations or receipts be provided for orders made through MUJI Official Online Shop? |
| A. | Quotations will not be provided, but you will receive the Invoice of your order after the order has been confirmed. |
| Q. | Can I gain MUJI app point for orders made through MUJI Official Online Shop as a Corporate Customer? |
| A. | We are sorry to inform you that Corporate Customers are unable to bind their MUJI app ID to their MUJI Official Online Shop account, and are unable to gain MUJI point nor use MUJI point in their orders. |
| Q. | Do you accept other payment methods (such as bank transfer/ company cheque) apart from online payment? |
| A. | Acceptable payment methods are those currenly accepted on MUJI Official Online Shop. Only credit cards (VISA / Master / CUP), WeChat Pay, AlipayHK and Payme are accepted. |

| Q. | I have previously registered as a Corporate Customer on https://www.muji.com.hk/en/CorporateService/, does that mean I do not have to register again on MUJI Hong Kong Official Online Shop? |
| A. | From March 10, 2025 onwards, the original Corporate Customer Registration system has been terminated. Corporate Customers who previously registered would still have to register again on MUJI Hong Kong Official Online Shop. |
