How to re-register MUJI app member ID on the online store

1. Clear existing MUJI passport ID

It will temporarily suspend the recording of MUJI passport ID.

2. Download and register the new MUJI app HK & Macao

Download and open the new MUJI app HK & Macao and complete the registration (please refer to the tutorial below for the registration process).

3. Update MUJI app member ID

Download the MUJI app HK & Macao. After completing the registration, your account will have a MUJI app member ID. The MUJI app member ID consists of 12 digits located at the top left of the screen.

4. Register MUJI app member ID on the online shop

After completing the MUJI app registration, please register your MUJI app member ID on the online shop and click verify.

5. Verification

After verification, it shows 'Verification successful.

6. Save and complete the update

Scroll to the bottom of the page, click 'Save Changes' to complete the update, and you will automatically earn points when shopping online.
