MUJI Mile Reward Instructions

Gain MUJI Mile by spending at Hong Kong MUJI stores or other interactions with MUJI passport.

 

When accrued MUJI Mile attains specific stage, MUJI Point will be rewarded for using as cash in next spending.

 

Use MUJI passport with MUJI Card concurrently to gain MUJI Mile and MUJI Dollar at the same time.

Use Different Services to Gain MUJI Mile

Present MUJI passport before making a payment at Hong Kong MUJI stores or Café&Meal MUJI to gain MUJI Mile.

Use MUJI passport to post comments, tap “Want it” or “Have it” products to gain MUJI Mile.
• Authorize Facebook account to share product comments.
• 1 mile will be rewarded for each product comment, daily upper limit is 10 times. Only one comment is allowed on the same product daily.
• 1 mile will be rewarded for each tap of “Want it” or “Have it” products, daily upper limit is 5 times for each.

Use MUJI passport to check in at stores to gain MUJI Mile.

• Only one check-in is allowed at the same store daily, daily upper limit is 5 times.
• 1 MUJI Point = HK$1 .
• MUJI Point can be used as cash during in-store purchase at the rate of 1 MUJI Point = HK$1.
• MUJI Mile is calculated based on the net amount of transaction at MUJI stores at rate of 1 MUJI Mile = HK$1.
• Purchase of MUJI Gift Coupons, payment of deposit or any kind of service charges and shopping bag charges as well as use of “Goods Exchange Certificate” (GEC) will not gain MUJI Mile.

MUJI passport Membership Stage

When accrued MUJI Mile attains specific stage, MUJI Point will be rewarded for using as cash in next spending.

Use MUJI passport with MUJI Card concurrently to gain MUJI Point and MUJI Dollar at the same time.

• Membership stage will be upgraded automatically once the required miles have been attained.
• MUJI Point will be issued 10 days after the required miles have been attained. In case of refund or other factors that cause membership stage downgraded within the issuance period, no MUJI Point will be issued.
• MUJI Point is valid within 30 days from the issuance date.
• MUJI Mile or MUJI Point cannot be shared with, presented as gift, loaned, pawned, or transferred to any other users, or combined with those held by any other users.
• Member can gain a maximum 700 points at Diamond Stage. After Diamond Stage, member can continue to gain MUJI Mile and every 20,000 miles accrued thereafter will be rewarded by extra 100 points (upper limit for extra point is 1,000 points). Membership stage will not be further upgraded after Diamond Stage.
• MUJI Mile will be invalid and membership stage will be reset on 31st December of each year at 23:59 and start over thereafter.
