Warranty Service

Q.	Is the warranty service applicable to items not purchased from MUJI Hong Kong or its authorized distributors in Hong Kong?
A.	We regret to inform you that the warranty service is not applicable to any items not purchased from MUJI Hong Kong or its authorized distributors in Hong Kong.

Q.	Is warranty service available for products bought from MUJI Official Online Shop？
A.	Warranty service is available to selected items. Warranty period for each item is different and subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please refer to Warranty Item Checking Service Terms and Conditions .

Q.	What should I do if the item needs to be repaired within the warranty period?
A.	If the item is eligible for warranty service, you may present the warranty service registration email/ the original copy of the warranty card (if applicable) and the purchase receipt to any physical store of MUJI Hong Kong (except MUJI to GO stores) to enjoy the warranty service on a free-of-charge basis.
