Q. How do I shop at MUJI Official Online Shop?
A. Please add all selected items into the shopping cart and then checkout for payment. For each product, there is a tag on the product page indicating the applicable delivery method(s). Please make sure all selected items in the shopping cart can be delivered by a single delivery method. Otherwise, you may not be able to proceed to checkout. Then, please fill in the required information on the checkout page and click “Pay Now” to complete the payment. You may not change the delivery method after payment.
Q. What is the minimum spending requirement for free delivery?
A. General Merchandise Delivery:
Free General Merchandise Delivery to one address will be offered for each cart order with a net cart amount of HK$600 or above; or a delivery fee of HK$60 per order will be payable for each delivery address.
Bulky Item Delivery:
Free Bulky Item Delivery Service to one address will be offered for each cart order with a net cart amount of HK$3,000, or a delivery fee of HK$300 will be payable for each delivery address (“Delivery Fee for Bulky Item Delivery Service”).

Q. I have added different products to shopping cart. Why can't I proceed to checkout?
A. For each product, there is a tag on the product page to indicate its applicable delivery method(s). You should ensure that the entire shopping cart contains products that can be delivered by a single delivery method for each order. If one or more products in your shopping cart are required to be delivered by different delivery methods, the entire shopping cart will not proceed to checkout, in which case, you will have to adjust your shopping cart such that it can be delivered by a single method. 
Q. How can I check my order history and delivery status?
A. You can check your order history and delivery status in My Account.
Q. Can I cancel my order after the checkout process?
A. Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed.
