Q.	Do I need to set up an account for shopping at MUJI Official Online Shop?
A.	You are required to register and log into a personal MUJI Official Online Shop account to shop with us. You cannot place an order as a guest on MUJI Official Online Shop.

Q.	How to create a new account?
A.	Click Register at the top of the page and fill the information.

Q.	Can I edit my personal details after the account is set up?
A.	You can modify your personal information by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page.

Q.	How do you protect my personal details?

Q.	What should I do if I forgot password?

Q.	Can I link my MUJI app ID with this account?
A.	You may add your MUJI app ID to your MUJI Official Online Shop Account at the time of registering a MUJI Official Online Shop Account or otherwise by following the instructions set forth on your MUJI Official Online Shop Account profile page.

Q.	Upon linking my MUJI app ID with this account, can I accumulate MUJI Points and how long does it take to receive MUJI points when shopping at MUJI Official Online Shop?
A.	You can accumulate MUJI points at MUJI Official Online Shop. We shall credit the MUJI point(s) and other rewards (as applicable) in accordance with the prevailing terms and conditions of the relevant scheme(s) to your MUJI app account within 3 Business Days or otherwise specified after the completion of such eligible purchases, services or activities.

Q.	Can I use my e-Cash Voucher when shopping at MUJI Official Online Shop?
A.	E-Cash Voucher cannot be used for spending at MUJI Official Online Shop until further notice.
