We will send you a pickup notification (“Store Pickup Notification") when your order is ready at the selected store through your registered email or SMS. The pickup time is subject to the time as specified in the email or SMS.
Customer shall pick up the items at the selected store by presenting the Store Pickup Notification email or SMS within 7 calendar days.
Anyone with the QR code on the Store Pickup Notification may pick up the items at the selected store. Customers shall properly keep the Store Pickup Notification and/or relevant email.
The selected store of pickup store cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
If you fail to pick up within 7 days for any reason not attributable to us, depending on the type of items, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions :
| (a) | After Store Collection Deadline, we will cancel your order and refund the balance to you after deducting any kinds of handling fees (if applicable) and a logistics fee; |
| (b) | If the total order amount is equal to or less than the deductiable amounts as stated in sub-clause (a) above, there will be no refund; or |
| (c) | We will dispose of your ordered items (especially perishable items) without making any refund or compensation and no further notice will be given. |

If the delivery service provider returns the items to its service station due to unsuccessful delivery and send you a notification, and you fail to pick up within the time limit specified (“Pickup Deadline”) for any reason not attributable to us, the delivery service provider may charge you additional fee and we reserve the right to take one of the following actions without further notice :

The products will be delivered by the courier company to the specified address on your order.
We will reconfirm with you the delivery details through SMS 2 days before the delivery. Please arrange the receipt of items within the scheduled delivery time.
The coverage of delivery is currently limited to residential or commercial addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Discovery Bay).
The delivery fee does not include any assembly charges, labor charges, parking fees, bridge and tunnel toll (Discovery Bay: HK$120), or any additional charges stated herein.
For items that require bulky delivery service, we offer a maximum storage period of 30 days upon the date of order (“Delivery Deadline”). If the items are not scheduled for collection by the Delivery Deadline, you will be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to authorize us to dispose of the items at our sole discretion and take one of the following actions :

※Information for Large Furniture Purchase
1. The information is applicable to furniture with large packing size which may have difficulty for delivery, including Mattress - Queen, 2.5 seats and 3 seats Leather Sofa. Please contact our Customer Services by email at mujics@muji.com.hk about the delivery requirement for any merchandises not listed below (if necessary). Customer shall ensure adequate access at the delivery address so customer is advised to measure the space and check the condition of the access prior to purchase with reference to the delivery requirement for large furniture packing as stated below.
2. The below delivery requirement is a general access requirement only assuming that there is no obstacle, like pillar, handrail, lightings, etc. along the access. The delivery requirements may vary subject to the actual environment factor. The delivery service shall be provided according to our "Terms and Conditions for Delivery Service".
3. Customer shall notify us at time of requesting delivery service if the delivery address cannot be accessed by elevator and a labour charge shall be imposed. If the merchandise cannot be delivered at the time of arrival due to access problem, we may reschedule the delivery and/or charge customer any extra costs / charges arising therefrom. We shall have no liability from such delivery failure or delay or any loss and damage arising from the delivery as per Customer's instruction.
4. If Customer requests any return or exchange of merchandise due to the such access problem, customer shall bear delivery charge and any extra charges for return delivery and the merchandise must be returned to us in its original and unused condition and with original packing and subject to our “Goods Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions”. We have the final decision on whether to accept such request.
General Delivery Requirement
• Access by Elevator Customer is advised to ensure the height of elevator door (A) and the depth of elevator (B). The lobby and path should have adequate access for the merchandizes.
• Access by Stairs
i) Straight line: Basically it can be accessed.
ii) With Turning Corner: Customer is advised to ensure the height between stairs, ceiling and the depth of turning corner (D).
