Change of Delivery Date of Bulky Items / Application for Return of Items

 

For enquiries about change of the delivery date of bulky items or application for return of items, please contact us at mujics@muji.com.hk and provide the following information. We will contact you via email or telephone within 2 Business Days.

[Contact method] Please include your name, phone number, and registered email address in your email.
[Order Number] Please provide order number in your email.
[Order date] Please provide order date in your email.
[Change of delivery date of bulky items] You may change the delivery date of bulky item(s) one time for free. Please inform us at least 4 Days before the original delivery date. We may not be able to change the delivery date if the relevant notice is not given within the specified time frame.
[Application for return of items] Please apply for return within 10 days upon receipt of the item. Please specify the details of the damage to the item in your email and attach photos of the damaged parts. For details, please refer to [Terms and Conditions] .
