Store Leasing & Partnership Opportunities

Since its establishment in 1980, MUJI has adhered to simplicity as its core brand philosophy. Today, we offer over 7,000 daily essential products ranging from garments to household goods and food items. Please note: MUJI Hong Kong and Macao currently do not offer franchise opportunities. For all store location proposals in Hong Kong and Macao, please email your project profile along with the required information to: storedevelopment@muji.com.hk

Store Formats & Area Requirements

Flagship Store: 25,000 sq. ft. or above (Multi-level acceptable; priority given to locations with high-visibility exterior facades)
Standard Store: 10,000–25,000 sq. ft. (Must be on a single floor)
MUJI com: 600–1,000 sq. ft.

Project Submission Requirements

For New Projects (Under Development / Pre-opening)

Target opening date of the commercial project and its attached components (including office towers, hotels, etc.)
Floor plans in PDF format for all levels (including carpark layout plans)
Tenant mix and brand planning information for each floor

For Existing Projects (Currently Operating)

General information on the commercial project and its attached components (including office towers, hotels, etc.): overall scale, floor layouts, and operational overview
Floor plans in PDF format for all levels (including carpark layout plans)
Tenant mix and brand planning information for each floor
Background information on the developer and property management company
Floor plans in PDF and CAD format for the specific space proposed for MUJI
