Brewing & Extended Flavors

How to Brew Delicious Coffee

How to Brew Delicious Coffee

1.
Place the filter paper into the dripper, add the ground coffee, and gently tap to level it. Position the dripper over your coffee cup or server.
Recommended Dose: 10–12 g
2.
After boiling the water, let it rest for about 1–2 minutes until it reaches the optimal brewing temperature (around 90°C).
3.
Pour approximately 20mL of hot water starting from the center outward to saturate the coffee grounds, then bloom for 20 seconds. The grounds will expand slightly, releasing carbon dioxide and gases to ensure a smoother extraction.
4.
Next, pour the remaining 100mL of hot water evenly in 2–3 pours to extract a full-bodied, smooth cup of coffee.

Coffee Estate and Rainforest Ecosystem
Certified Farms: Cultivated under the shade of native forest trees (Shade-Grown)

Nurturing 65% of Global Biodiversity: Preserving the Lungs of the Earth

Approximately 60% of regions suitable for coffee cultivation are located within rainforests, which also serve as vital habitats for frogs. Amphibians are highly sensitive to environmental changes and serve as key bioindicators; thus, the Rainforest Alliance selected the "Frog" as its official certification seal.

Rainforest Ecosystem and Frog Habitat
Rainforest Conservation: Preserving native trees, water quality, and biodiversity

To display this certification seal on a product, ingredients must originate from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms, and processing facilities must hold Chain of Custody certification. A portion of certification proceeds supports tropical rainforest wildlife protection and improves farm workers' living standards. While producing premium-quality coffee beans, it ensures that every aspect of the rainforest ecosystem—from rivers and soil to wildlife and workers—receives proper protection.
